Vivitrol® is a once a month prescription injection of naltrexone for treating alcohol dependence and/or preventing relapse to opioid dependence, after detoxification.

We understand the patterns of alcohol or opioid dependence can be difficult to disrupt. Our healthcare providers provide Vivitrol® in a safe, comfortable environment, and to be effective, patients must be engaged in other recovery programs such as counseling.

Vivitrol® is not habit-forming and is not a narcotic. We will help you communicate with your insurance company to support your recovery goals.

Physicians and providers are contracted by Mynd Thera PLLC to provide medical healthcare services. Any specific service delivered will be determined individually with patients' documented consent. Copies of training certification and liability coverage for provider specified services are available on request.
